As a key member of our team, you will lead and develop a high-growth team of Business Development Managers/Recruiters across multiple lines of business, as well as develop a core book of business. You will have the opportunity to control your income based on your efforts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Motivate, develop, and hire a business development/recruiting team
  • Lead by example by establishing and nurturing client relationships
  • Position SNI Companies as the specialized leader in contract/direct hire staffing
  • Partner with top producers in multiple lines of business to gain market share
Requirements:
  • Experience in an agency staffing sales role
  • Proven track record of success in client prospecting and leading an internal team
  • Ability to focus on building strong client relationships
  • Outstanding networking and negotiation skills
  • Desire to drive your own success and be paid for performance
