Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator Assistant to join our team at LH Global Consulting. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to provide exceptional support to clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they step into our office.
About the PositionAs a key member of our front office team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, utilizing your administrative expertise and excellent communication skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk operations, including greeting and welcoming guests, directing visitors to the appropriate person and office, and answering phone calls and emails.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of office supplies and equipment, ordering new stock as needed and maintaining a high level of organization.
- Scheduling and Travel Arrangements: Schedule appointments, arrange travel and accommodations, and manage calendars to ensure efficient use of time.
- Security and Access Control: Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk, monitoring the logbook, and issuing visitor badges as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
- Organizational Abilities: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
- Customer-Focused Approach: A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
