Regional Director of Clinical Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager Clinics to lead our regional clinic programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the development, planning, evaluation, operations, and supervision of clinic staff.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of employees, including assigning client cases, completing performance evaluations, and approving timecards and leave.
- Maintain a 5-day work schedule, rotating between all clinical programs in the region, and ensure a quarterly average of 25% productivity in providing individual, group, family, and crisis therapy.
- Recruit, interview, and recommend employee hires, and recommend follow-up personnel actions, including promotions and terminations.
- Train and orient new employees to departmental policies and procedures.
- Perform intake assessments, diagnostic psychosocial evaluations, and oversee psychological testing, guardianship evaluations, Hospital Discharge services, Mental Inquest Warrant evaluations, and other specialized services.
- Engage in community outreach and consult with community stakeholders to address community needs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state licensure regulations and standards.
- Provide leadership for case staffing and administrative meetings, and assess administrative problems and initiate resolutions in consultation with clinical and administrative staff.
- Coordinate interfacing of clinic therapists with other agency clinical programs, and assess and identify needs of physical facilities to Operations/Support Services and IT directors.
- Oversee compliance with payer source processes, respond to Compliance and Accounts Payable Departments as needed, and assess payer mix of clientele.
- Provide clinical supervision to related disciplines or areas of practice in accordance with relevant State Board requirements and Communicare policy.
- Oversee and participate in training for therapist interns and other designated students.
- Consult with multi-disciplinary teams to develop optimal treatment plans for patients requiring behavioral healthcare treatment.
- Develop and deliver community behavioral healthcare information and education, professional continuing education seminars, and workshops to the mental health community.
- Maintain regular contact with primary referral sources, serve as liaison to community leaders, and organize community resources as necessary for program implementation.
- Participate and provide leadership in agency continuing quality improvement (CQI) activities.
- Coordinate crisis response during routine daytime hours.
- Work with Medical Director to ensure adequate access to prescriber activities.
- Responsible for all service lines (therapy, case management, peer, substance abuse) and service modalities.
- Ensure the region possesses the optimal service array given resource and geographic restraints.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to Communicare, Inc. policies and procedures.
- Attend mandatory in-services and other training/educational programs as required.
