4. Engage in ride-alongs with sales professionals to enhance product knowledge and customer relations.
5. Attend industry trade shows and networking events to bolster brand visibility.

8. Perform site assessments to guarantee optimal solutions and accurate quotations.
9. Oversee job setups and ensure precise invoicing.

Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience and operational management background in the equipment rental or a related sector.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in data entry and familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Effective communication skills.

Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Additional Requirements:
- Comprehensive understanding of equipment specifications and applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license.

Compensation:
Annual salary range of $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 plus uncapped commission. Herc Rentals offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, and paid time off.
