Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date on knowledge of Nextworld and Cloud Inventory software, its configuration options, and integration points.
  • Design and develop application modifications to meet customer requirements.
  • Explain standard and custom solution components to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Guide customers during solution implementation and ongoing solution issue resolution.
  • Serve as the primary delivery specialist for one or more customer implementations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in a technical or business specialty, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
  • Necessary software delivery experience to perform job responsibilities and fulfill competency expectations.
  • 10+ years' experience in the following: Previous software delivery or implementation experience, preferably in Enterprise Resource Platforms.
  • Exposure to or functional knowledge of enterprise-grade applications such as Financials, Procurement, Sales, MRP, Warehouse Management, and/or Supply Chain Management System.
