About the Job

As a Respiratory Therapist at KPH Healthcare Services, Inc., you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive respiratory therapy services to patients in their homes, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.

Your key areas of focus will include:

  • Setting up and instructing patients on the proper use of respiratory equipment, such as CPAP, BiPAP, RADs, oxygen, cough assist devices, and oximeters
  • Conducting thorough patient assessments to identify potential issues and develop effective treatment plans
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in Brightree to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Representing KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. through professional appearance and attitude
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of approximately $29.25 per hour, based on relevant skills, years of experience, and education.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A current license to practice as a Licensed Respiratory Therapist in the state(s) of employment
  • A valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a DME field or setting with equivalent knowledge and skills

Please note that this position requires physical stamina, as you may be required to lift up to 35 pounds and spend extended periods sitting, walking, standing, driving, talking, hearing, and reaching.
