Position Overview:

We are looking for a Permanent Litigation Associate or Of Counsel with a strong emphasis on Wage & Hour disputes to enhance our dynamic Wage and Hour Litigation team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Litigation Associate (Wage & Hour), your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Representing clients in wage and hour disputes, including class and collective action claims.
  • Interpreting and applying relevant wage and hour laws and regulations.
  • Drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery requests.
  • Conducting and defending depositions.
  • Collaborating with team members to develop and implement litigation strategies.
  • Providing clients with regular updates on case developments and advising them on potential legal risks and strategies.
  • Staying informed about changes in wage and hour laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Litigation Associate (Wage & Hour) position should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Admission to the Colorado Bar is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in wage and hour litigation, including class and collective action claims.
  • Extensive knowledge of wage and hour laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in drafting and responding to legal documents.
  • Experience in conducting and defending depositions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
  • High ethical standards and professionalism in interactions with clients and colleagues.
