- Legal Research and Writing: Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Settlement Negotiation: Engage in settlement discussions and negotiations to achieve favorable resolutions for clients when appropriate.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure thorough case preparation and effective legal representation.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with demonstrated trial experience.
- Personal Injury Experience: 1-2 years of experience in personal injury law preferred but not required.
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Bar Admission: Active member in good standing with the Colorado Bar.
- Skills: Strong litigation skills, excellent oral and written communication abilities, and a solid understanding of trial procedures and legal principles.
