Key Responsibilities- Respond to participant inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding benefits administration, retirement plans, and other related services.
- Assist clients and participants with benefit plan-related issues, including enrollment, eligibility, and claims processing.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, laws, and regulations affecting benefits administration and retirement plans.
- Develop and maintain proficient knowledge of software applications used in the position, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in benefits administration or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate level competency with Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as personal computer skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
