- Sales role focused on supporting both on-premise and off-premise accounts within designated local routes
The compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectations at the time of posting. Various factors are considered when determining individual compensation, including skill sets, experience, training, and other business needs. This position may also qualify for a discretionary incentive program, subject to the governing rules.
Position Overview:
Conduct personal sales visits and solicit orders from both existing and potential clients to meet sales objectives. Provide the sales team with insights regarding prospects, account challenges, and potential business opportunities.
Management Responsibilities: None
Key Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Regular visits to clients (for each client on the call list):
- Define visit objectives
- Conduct business evaluations
- Assess product quality and rotation
- Review store layout and point-of-sale opportunities
- Share information on new products
- Gather competitive intelligence
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
- Update client information with the sales team
- Engage in location sales meetings
- Participate in sales meetings via phone or in person as required
- Undertake any additional projects or responsibilities as assigned
