  • Inspect and Package Products: Inspect products for quality and accuracy, and package them according to company standards.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Perform Basic Math Functions: Perform basic math functions, such as calculating weights and quantities, to ensure accurate packaging.
Requirements
  • Operational Knowledge: Possess operational knowledge of packaging equipment and be able to troubleshoot common issues.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members and management.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Education and Certifications: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be Forklift certified.
Working Conditions

The Packaging Operator will work in a fast-paced production environment, with exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and airborne particles. The work environment is noisy, with occasional exposure to high temperatures and humidity.
