Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and welcoming store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and determine their needs and wants
  • Recommend merchandise and provide product knowledge
  • Answer customer questions and concerns in a prompt and friendly manner
  • Stock and recover merchandise, maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed
  • Ensure proper signage is in place throughout the assigned department
  • Assist with inventory preparation and create special orders as needed
  • Promptly handle customer complaints, questions, or concerns in a professional and friendly manner
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must have a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Must possess strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Physical Requirements

This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing throughout the day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
