Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Buchheit Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Greet customers, determine their needs, and recommend merchandise to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  2. Product Knowledge: Advise customers on product features, warranties, and special discounts to enhance their shopping experience.
  3. Visual Merchandising: Maintain the visual appearance of the store by managing displays and keeping up with trends and competition.
  4. Inventory Management: Stock and recover merchandise, and assist with inventory preparation to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  5. Operational Support: Assist with tasks such as operating pallet jacks and forklifts, and ensuring proper signage is in place throughout the store.
Requirements
  1. Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge and experience with outdoor power equipment products required.
  2. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with customers, in-person and over the phone.
  3. Flexibility: Flexibility to work any open store hours, including weekends and holidays.
  4. Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and climb all day, with frequent lifting and/or moving of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
