Job Summary

The Community Health Center of Snohomish County is seeking a skilled Dentist to provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. As a key member of our primary care team, you will work collaboratively with healthcare providers and staff to deliver comprehensive care that meets the unique needs of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic dental services to patients, including routine cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
  • Conduct thorough medical and dental histories, and perform physical examinations as needed.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice dentistry in the State of Washington.
  • DEA registration and Basic Life Support certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a community health setting or with underserved populations.
  • Knowledge of electronic health records and practice management systems.
  • Fluency in a second language, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients who speak limited English.
