About the Role- Role: Wound Care Specialist (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)
- Commitment: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
- Patient Load: Max census of 30-35 patients, approximately 7-9 per day
- Provide patient-centered care for a diverse range of medical conditions.
- Diagnose and treat chronic and acute illnesses.
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Flexible Scheduling: Set your own schedule within our Monday-Friday operation.
- Supportive Environment: We handle insurance verifications and administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on patient care.
