At Aimbridge Hospitality, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hotel Property Ambassador to join our team. As a Hotel Property Ambassador, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of public areas, including floors, carpets, and furniture. You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, handling requests for luggage assistance, and practicing safe work habits to ensure the safety of guests, fellow associates, and yourself.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of public areas, including floors, carpets, and furniture
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, including handling requests for luggage assistance
  • Practice safe work habits to ensure the safety of guests, fellow associates, and yourself
  • Handle items for 'Lost and Found' according to Aimbridge Hospitality standards

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record)
  • Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
  • Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
