Job Overview

Hotel Equities, a leading hospitality management company, is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead the 89-room Mainstay Suites in Williston, ND.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with the property leadership team to achieve sales and revenue goals.
  • Build strong relationships with owners, local officials, and business partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of General Manager experience in a Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Hilton, or similar brand.
  • Proven track record of success in financial management, including P&L review, budget creation, and cost controls.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
