About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager & Sales Representative to join our team at Airpark Signs & Graphics. As a key member of our sales process, you will be responsible for leading projects from initial sale through to successful completion. Your role will involve generating and securing new business, managing contracts, procuring materials, tracking daily progress, and ensuring seamless communication until project closeout.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client relationships through direct interaction and prompt resolution of inquiries.
  • Conduct Site Surveys: Conduct thorough site surveys, including measurements, photography, and data collection for effective project planning.
  • Develop and Present Proposals: Develop and present proposals and design requests, ensuring alignment with client needs and project requirements.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.
  • Organize Project Documentation: Organize and maintain project documentation, including reports, status updates, and other essential records.
  • Liaise with Departments: Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure smooth information flow and resolve any potential issues.
  • Participate in Post-Project Evaluations: Participate in post-project evaluations to gather insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, QuickBooks, and Project Management Software.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and meet deadlines.
  • Site Visit Experience: Experience in conducting site visits and surveys.
  • Adaptability: Adaptability to company processes and procedures.
  • Sign Manufacturing Knowledge: Basic knowledge of sign manufacturing and installation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP Certification: PMP Certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Signage Industry Knowledge: Signage industry knowledge and experience.

Benefits are offered after a probationary period. Available company-paid medical benefits after 90 days of employment, available dental and vision, 401k after 1 year, vacation/PTO, and paid holidays.
