About the Role

We're seeking a Customer Advocate to join our team. As a Customer Advocate, you will play a critical role in supporting customers in resolving issues related to our self-service experience. Your goal will be to provide the highest customer satisfaction by providing better visibility and faster resolution of customer-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Navigate customers through the process of submitting an order through our self-service portal
  • Answer inquiries regarding customers' accounts
  • Perform various tasks related to supplier and sample withdrawals, electronic imaging, and research of shortage and miss-shipped claims
  • Process orders and pick-ups, handle calls from the customer service queue, and process winery direct orders
  • Scan and index customer credit files into our imaging system, add partners, drop partners, and inactive systems
  • Identify outdated, obsolete, and duplicate documents from customer files and handle salespersons changes at the beginning of each month
  • Research returned mail with an incorrect address and make necessary corrections, handle delivery claims and logs, and pull faxes and invoices off the printer and distribute them to appropriate desks
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), federal regulatory guidelines, and organizational objectives
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets in creating pivot tables, developing charts, and complex formulas

We offer a competitive salary, starting at $18 per hour, with increases every six months until reaching $22 per hour. Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer for a considerable amount of time, as well as occasional walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping. You may occasionally lift/lower, push, carry, or pull up to 20lbs.
