Key Responsibilities

The individual in this role will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for children during before and after school hours.
  • Maintaining required training certifications and completing ongoing professional development.
  • Engaging with children through organized activities, games, and educational programs.
  • Supervising children to ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Keeping accurate attendance and activity records as required.
  • Collaborating with fellow educators and staff to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience working with children in a multi-age group setting is essential.
  • Certification in CPR/First Aid is required within a specified timeframe.
  • Successful completion of background checks is mandatory.
