Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide effective leadership and management of laboratory operations, including supervision of staff, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CAP, CLIA, and Joint Commission standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to achieve goals.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Histotechnology, Cytotechnology, Medical Technology, or Clinical Laboratory Science.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with at least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
