Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to Inquiries: Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collect and Track Data: Collect relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking, and reporting activities.
  • Provide Resolution: Track inquiries, questions, and answers, and provide resolution to customer concerns.
  • Perform Administrative Duties: May perform clerical or administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience.
  • Experience: No experience required.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent Lifting: Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
  • Frequent Sitting: Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
  • Frequent Use of Vision: Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
