Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Conduct daily reconciliations of sales, manage credit card transactions, and ensure accurate entry of sales data.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee the processing of invoices and receipts to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Operational Coordination: Work closely with operational teams to monitor activities and resolve any financial discrepancies.
  • Reconciliation Tasks: Execute bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Member Account Management: Administer new account setups, terminations, payment processing, and related inquiries.
  • Monthly Financial Statements: Prepare and distribute comprehensive statements for various accounts and charges.
  • Tax Compliance: Manage payroll and sales tax obligations, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations.
  • Year-End Reporting: Prepare necessary tax forms including W-2/W-3 and 1099 for reporting purposes.
  • Financial Analysis: Generate monthly financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Expertise in QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2021 and Point of Sale systems.
  • Extensive background in accounting and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
