Compensation: $17.00 per hour plus tips


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the scheduling of all cashiers during shifts.
  • Assist customers and staff as necessary to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure that an adequate number of exit lanes are operational at all times, in accordance with city regulations and situational demands.
  • Maintain cashier terminals, including monitoring supplies and reporting any equipment issues.
  • Verify specific transactions that require additional scrutiny.
  • Review and enforce the policies and procedures of contractors' supervisors and cashiers.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • License Requirement: Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with an up-to-date address and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service is required.
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in public parking operations.
  • Strong time management skills are essential.
