Social Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team at Thom Child and Family Services. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing early intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct multidisciplinary team assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized service plans.
- Provide direct child development services and activities tailored to the child's developmental stage.
- Collaborate with families to identify goals, objectives, and strategies for the child's development.
- Document progress, complete reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Act as a service coordinator, scheduling and implementing intervention plans for each family on your caseload.
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families is preferred.
- Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
