Join Thom Child and Family Services as a Social Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team at Thom Child and Family Services. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing early intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct multidisciplinary team assessments to identify developmental needs and create individualized plans for each family.
  • Provide direct child development services and activities tailored to the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with families to develop and implement Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that address their child's developmental goals.
  • Document progress, complete assessments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Act as a service coordinator, scheduling and implementing intervention plans, and ensuring timely progress monitoring.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families is preferred.
  • Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional boundaries.
  • Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
