Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer orders, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders for auto glass parts, including data entry and inventory management.
  • Cash Handling: Process daily cash, credit card, and check deposits with precision and attention to detail.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, interacting with warehouse inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to resolve issues and provide information.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess a friendly and professional voice, with superior telephone and people skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Technical Skills: Have general knowledge of Microsoft products and be willing to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Conflict Resolution: Show the ability to resolve customer conflicts in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Exhibit a willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
