Job Summary

The Customer Care Receptionist role at Outreach, Inc. is a part-time position that requires a warm and friendly demeanor to provide a positive first impression to visitors and callers. As the company's ambassador, this individual will be responsible for assisting the Customer Care team with various tasks, including web order matching, returns, and other customer-facing functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Welcoming: Greet guests and vendors warmly, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.
  • Communication and Support: Answer and direct calls to the appropriate extension, page employees or tenants as needed, and provide general administrative support.
  • Mail and Package Distribution: Distribute mail to the appropriate department on a daily basis.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative and organizational tasks as assigned.
  • Customer Service: Enter web requests and web orders, match web orders, process customer service back orders, and assist with returns and reseller orders.
Requirements
