- Develop and deliver training programs for junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our equipment remains at the forefront of innovation
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification
- 4-7 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or related field
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, and thermodynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to travel internationally, with a valid passport and driver's license
