ROLE SUMMARYAs a pivotal member of the Fox Product team, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at refining and expanding our offerings for living room devices. Your leadership will be essential in crafting the vision, strategy, and specifications for our products, ensuring they captivate and satisfy a diverse audience of sports enthusiasts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Collaborate within a self-sufficient, agile team of designers, engineers, and analysts to create exceptional products for our users.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the living room customer base, identifying both current and prospective users.
- Oversee the creation of thorough product specifications and a roadmap of features aligned with business objectives and performance indicators.
- Establish and communicate key performance indicators, analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to gauge product success and align with business needs.
- Build and maintain partnerships with external device manufacturers and distribution channels to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Stay informed about market trends, user needs, and technological advancements to shape product strategies and development plans.
- Lead product launches in collaboration with marketing and customer support teams to guarantee effective implementation and user adoption.
- Work closely with other product teams to ensure cohesive user experiences across mobile, web, and television platforms.
- Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders regarding technical requirements, development status, and project timelines.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology, specifically in product management for over-the-top (OTT) devices.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing the complete product lifecycle, incorporating user feedback into product specifications and ensuring effective prioritization and execution.
- Demonstrated capability to manage and implement a product roadmap, making informed decisions to address challenges and opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a broad perspective on product goals.
- Proven understanding of customer journeys, with a commitment to prioritizing user needs.
- Proactive in taking ownership and driving projects to completion.
- Preferred: A deep enthusiasm for live sports.
