Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet incoming customers immediately, take orders, serve food and/or beverage, and ensure cleanliness in dining area.
  • Food and Beverage Knowledge: Have thorough knowledge of menu and prices, make recommendations, and ensure compliance with BP's code of ethics and integrity.
  • Teamwork: Participate in team work to ensure efficient service, maintain personal health and sanitation standards, and stock service areas with supplies.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  • Experience: Preferred 1 year of food retail experience in a fast-paced environment, specifically as a server.
  • Skills: Friendly attitude, excellent customer service skills, ability to multitask, and work in a team environment.
  • Education: High School diploma preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to continuously stand or walk, bend and lift frequently, and lift up to 10lbs frequently and 50lbs occasionally.
Work Environment
  • Work will be conducted in a kitchen and restaurant environment.
  • May encounter temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 425 degrees around equipment.
  • May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces.
  • Noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.
