Job Summary

Avidbank is seeking a highly skilled New Accounts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Deposit Operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective opening of new business and personal accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Opening: Assist clients in opening new accounts, ensuring all required documentation is complete, accurate, and recorded.
  • Client Service: Provide high-quality service to business clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all new account activities comply with relevant regulations, including BSA, AML, and other federal and state laws.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in banking, in a new accounts or business banking role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of banking regulations, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
