* Proven experience in preconstruction planning and project execution.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
* Proficient in project management software and tools.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* PMP certification is a plus.
