Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing marketing campaigns that align with the center's brand.
- Conducting local grassroots marketing efforts to attract potential leads.
- Representing the organization at community events to foster connections.
- Managing the Work and Family program by establishing relationships with community and business leaders.
- Utilizing social media platforms effectively for parent engagement and retention.
- Guiding potential families through the enrollment process by conducting tours and following up on inquiries.
- Leading tours that showcase the center's features and maintaining relationships with prospective clients.
- Understanding the childcare services available in the community.
- Maintaining the lead tracking system and customer database.
- Coordinating the registration process and ensuring accurate customer and employee records.
- Managing communications with families, including billing and newsletters.
- Planning and overseeing the budget for family engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience; experience in childcare marketing is advantageous.
- Proven leadership skills with at least 2 years in a customer-facing sales role.
- Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
