The Enrollment Marketing Coordinator at The Learning Experience plays a pivotal role in enhancing center enrollment through dynamic marketing strategies within the community. This includes grassroots initiatives, social media outreach, corporate partnerships, and active participation in local events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing marketing campaigns that align with the center's brand.
  • Conducting local grassroots marketing efforts to attract potential leads.
  • Representing the organization at community events to foster connections.
  • Managing the Work and Family program by establishing relationships with community and business leaders.
  • Utilizing social media platforms effectively for parent engagement and retention.
  • Guiding potential families through the enrollment process by conducting tours and following up on inquiries.
  • Leading tours that showcase the center's features and maintaining relationships with prospective clients.
  • Understanding the childcare services available in the community.
  • Maintaining the lead tracking system and customer database.
  • Coordinating the registration process and ensuring accurate customer and employee records.
  • Managing communications with families, including billing and newsletters.
  • Planning and overseeing the budget for family engagement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience; experience in childcare marketing is advantageous.
  • Proven leadership skills with at least 2 years in a customer-facing sales role.
  • Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
