Job Title: Supervising Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Community Manager to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, including marketing, property integrity, resident screening, rent collection, and employee supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of property employees to ensure excellent customer service and property maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
  • Screen prospective residents and make informed decisions regarding lease approvals.
  • Collect rent and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports, agreements, and other documents as required.
Requirements:
  • Two years of previous customer service experience.
  • Two years of previous property management experience.
  • Six months to one year of previous supervisory experience.
  • Previous experience with Entrata Property Management Software is preferred.
  • Basic experience with MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks, including collecting rent and preparing reports.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail.
  • Available for after-hours emergencies.
  • Understand and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
  • A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
