Position: Engineering Services Project Leader
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct all facets of project management, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and adherence to the highest quality standards.
- Facilitate vendor selection, negotiate pricing, and manage procurement activities related to projects.
- Prepare and submit Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs) for funding approvals.
- Supervise contractors during project execution and ensure smooth handover to Operations.
- Manage the regional Capital Program and provide regular updates on progress.
- Collaborate with various teams to exchange best practices and enhance operational processes.
Maintenance Duties:
- Identify and resolve engineering challenges impacting plant operations.
- Assist in addressing issues related to equipment suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with proficiency in AutoCAD preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in reliability engineering and project management within the food sector.
- Strong understanding of asset care and maintenance management principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead diverse capital projects.
- Expertise in safety, food safety, and regulatory compliance within manufacturing settings.
- Experience in supporting new product development and commercialization efforts.
- Exceptional planning, coordination, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
