About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist PRN to join our team at AdventHealth East Orlando. As a Radiology Technologist PRN, you will be responsible for performing radiographic imaging procedures, positioning patients, and assisting with clerical duties.

Responsibilities
  • Perform radiographic imaging procedures using established protocols
  • Position patients and operate imaging equipment safely and properly
  • Screen patients for contrast allergies and educate them on the exam process
  • Complete required documentation for Radiologist support
  • Adapt protocols for patients of all ages and operate imaging equipment in a safe manner minimizing radiation exposure
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent two years of experience in a related field
  • Graduate of accredited Radiologic Science program
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Completion of Radiologic Technology training and A.R.R.T. registration
  • General Radiographer state license as required by state if applicable
