About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist PRN to join our team at AdventHealth East Orlando. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing radiographic imaging procedures, positioning patients, and operating imaging equipment safely and properly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all exams using established protocols and facility policy for proper patient identification.
  • Screen patients for contrast allergies and educate them on the exam process.
  • Operate all types of imaging equipment, including scanners, injectors, monitors, and medical equipment, safely and properly.
  • Position patients and equipment to produce radiographic images meeting Radiologist standards.
  • Complete required documentation for Radiologist support.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent two years of experience in a related field.
  • Graduate of accredited Radiologic Science program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Completion of Radiologic Technology training and A.R.R.T. registration.
  • General Radiographer state license as required by state if applicable.
