About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist PRN to join our team at AdventHealth East Orlando. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing radiographic imaging procedures, positioning patients, and assisting with clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all exams using established protocols and facility policies for proper patient identification.
  • Operate all imaging equipment safely and properly, including scanners, injectors, monitors, and medical equipment.
  • Properly screen patients of childbearing age and maintain a safe environment minimizing radiation exposure.
  • Complete required documentation for Radiologist support and maintain accurate records.
  • Position patients and equipment to produce high-quality radiographic images meeting Radiologist standards.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent two years of experience in a related field.
  • Graduate of accredited Radiologic Science program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Completion of Radiologic Technology training and A.R.R.T. registration.
  • General Radiographer state license as required by state if applicable.
