Job Title: Loan Processor

CrossCountry Mortgage is a leading mortgage lender with a strong commitment to employee growth and development. As a Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage loans, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process mortgage loans from application to closing, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, loan officers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and information.
  • Review and verify loan documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage daily pipeline reports, tracking loan progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and ensure seamless loan processing.
  • Provide exceptional internal and external customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan processing experience.
  • Proficient in standard software, including Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Loan Origination Software, LP and DU Systems, FHA Connection, VA Portal, and USDA.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exemplary customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to internal and external customers.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
