The individual in this position will spearhead and facilitate initiatives that boost educational outcomes while fostering a passion for the arts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging educational activities focused on enhancing Math and English proficiency for students in the 4th and 5th grades.
- Organize and lead creative sessions that allow participants to explore and develop their artistic talents in areas such as visual arts, music, and dance.
- Create a supportive learning atmosphere that promotes the cultivation of positive character traits and values.
- Collaborate with team members to assess program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to achieve targeted outcomes.
- Participate in staff meetings and program discussions as required.
- Compile and submit reports as necessary.
- Undertake additional related responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of two years of college education is preferred.
- Experience working with 4th and 5th graders in either formal or informal educational settings is advantageous.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding basic English.
- Ability to grasp fundamental Math concepts taught at the 4th and 5th-grade levels.
