Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to anticipate current and future service solutions.
  • Growth Strategies: Implement growth strategies to support the achievement of Parrish Medical Center's Game Plan goals.
  • Departmental Metrics: Ensure the achievement of departmental dashboard metrics within each strategic pillar (People, Service, Quality, Growth, Finances).
  • Quality and Safety: Manage systems, processes, policies, and procedures to achieve national best-practice standards for quality and safety.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or Associates Degree with two years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Experience: Three to five years of experience in a related area with two years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Certifications: Current Sigma Six Green Belt certification or required within one year of employment.
