Job Description

This role involves establishing strong customer relationships, following up with customers as needed, and using a customer-focused approach to educate them about insurance options. You will work with our agents to establish and meet marketing goals, develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risk, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Self-motivated individual who takes pride in getting work done accurately and timely
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
  • Ability to relate effectively to customers
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
