Job Overview

Swoon is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for purchasing machinery, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, or services necessary for the operation of an establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with service owners to understand requirements and raise spend approval requests
  • Manage requisitions and ordering, invoice processing, and grief resolution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and performance
  • Monitor shipments and quality to ensure timely delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
