Project Cultural Resource Manager

Ero Resources Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Project Cultural Resource Specialist to join our team in Durango, Colorado. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing cultural resource projects, conducting surveys, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage cultural resource projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Conduct cultural resource surveys, evaluative testing, and treatment, and prepare technical documents.
- Coordinate with clients and agencies to ensure regulatory compliance and effective project execution.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Master of Arts degree in Anthropology or related field, or at least 5 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years at the crew chief level.
- Permitting in Colorado, Utah, and/or New Mexico.
- Competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- 10 hours/month paid vacation accrual and 11 paid holidays.
