Mechanical Foreman

Synerfac Technical Staffing - Cherry Hill is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Foreman to join our team. As a Mechanical Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Project Execution: Interpret project specifications and plans to effectively execute project scope, ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with company policies and client expectations.
• Team Leadership: Direct, supervise, and mentor field personnel to complete projects in accordance with plans, specifications, and company policies, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
• Client Management: Manage clients, regulators, subcontractors, and the project management team to achieve project goals, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Reporting and Safety: Complete daily reporting, safety inspections, and site safety meetings, ensuring that all site activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and client expectations.

• Experience: 3+ years of experience working with mechanical piping and storage tank systems, with a strong background in project execution and team leadership.
• Certifications: Aboveground Storage Tank System Installation experience, 30-hour OSHA supervisor certification, and MD, DC, DE Storage Tank certifications are highly desirable.
