Job Summary
We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our team at Performance Physical Therapy. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments and managing office activities. You will also assist with daily office needs, such as answering phone calls and responding to emails, and maintain accurate records and files. Additionally, you will develop and implement effective filing systems and procedures, and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients.

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, managers, and colleagues* Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Salary
$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
