The Schedule Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring optimal use of time and resources in the Wellness/Nursing department. This position involves developing and managing schedules, facilitating communication among team members, and supporting staffing timelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain detailed schedules for the Nursing/Wellness department, ensuring all staffing ratios are met.
- Manage and implement the monthly working schedules for direct care staff, including nurses, care managers, and med techs.
- Replace call-offs and monitor and update schedules regularly to reflect changes and resolve conflicts as they arise.
- Filling staffing vacancies due to PTO, FMLA, workers' comp, and restrictions/absences, open positions, etc., using scheduling software (OnShift).
- Competitive wages: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
