Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at Bish's RV, Inc. As a key member of our sales and finance team, you will be responsible for working with dealership teams to determine the best products to present to customers, based on their individual needs. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of sales management, merchandising, inventory, shrinkage control, security methods, and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teams with determining terms of customer purchases, including pricing, financing, and payment.
  • Secure financing for customers utilizing various systems and information.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local banks, credit unions, and other key vendors.
  • Assist teams with presentation, explanation, and selling aftermarket products and warranty packages.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Select appropriate lenders, secure approval, obtain customer commitment, and finalize delivery.
  • Track, monitor, and move F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetrations.
  • Develop unique ways to drive sales through events, community activities, and local marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and manage budgets by initiating and assessing cost control techniques.
  • Maintain in-stock levels through precise inventory management.
  • Obtain and analyze customer feedback to ensure high service levels are maintained.
  • Stay on top of market trends, the RV industry, and current dealership inventory.

Requirements:
  • Experience and a proven track record as a Sales and Finance Manager within the RV industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales management, merchandising, inventory, shrinkage control, security methods, and consumer behavior.
  • Enthusiasm and strong communication skills with customers, vendors, and employees.
  • Strong leadership qualities that exemplify a no-pressure, high-integrity sales approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills with previous exposure to customer data and inventory systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers.
