**Job Summary:**

Modern HR is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Irvine. As a key member of our front desk team, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients and employees, answering phones, responding to emails, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage parking validation, mail sorting and distribution, and UPS shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including kitchen areas, supply inventory, and other essential tasks.
  • Coordinate catering for meetings and events, and order supplies as needed to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Support administrative tasks as directed by management, leveraging your technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on confidentiality and responsiveness.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.

Salary and Benefits: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package including 401(k), dental insurance, flexible spending account, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
